The Claims Department is dedicated to providing members and claimants with timely, accurate, and responsive claims handling. To achieve this, we need to know about claims, or potential claims, as soon as possible after an accident or incident occurs.
Prompt reporting of a claim protects your insurance rights and ensures that you, your employee, or your claimant are paid in a timely manner, while failure to provide timely notification can impact your coverage. Check your policy for further information.
